How does it work?

Create your Laundry Pop Account and select your wash and fold preferences. Let us know any special requirements you have

You’ll get a text message to remind you that we’re coming you the day before and the day of your pickup to remind you that we’re coming.

When your clothes are cleaned and folded, our delivery driver bring them back to your chosen drop off location.

Create your laundry account by downloading or app for IOS or Android or ordering online.

Enter your contact information and set your cleaning preferences. You can add any special requests and we'll do our best to accommodate!
Detail your preferred location for pickups and deliveries, add your payment information, and schedule your first pickup.

Do I need to be home for pickup and delivery?

There’s no need for you to be home, we provide contactless delivery. Just let us know where you’d like us to place your laundry and we’ll follow your instructions.

Do I need Laundry Pop Bags for my first order?

For your first order, please use disposable bags for your laundry. When we return your clean clothes we will bring them back, neatly folded in your own personalized Laundry Pop bags. These are yours to keep and to use for all future orders. If you need additional bags or replacement bags, just let our drivers know.
