LAUNDRY POP PROVIDES LAUNDRY SERVICES FOR DELIVERY CUSTOMERS. THE FOLLOWING TERMS + CONDITIONS WILL BE ADHERED TO BY LAUNDRY POP. LAUNDRY POP RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THESE TERMS + CONDITIONS AT ANY TIME WITHOUT NOTICE.
Limited Liability
Please check your delivered items as soon as they arrive to confirm that everything looks good. In the unusual instance that something is damaged or missing, we can start working to make things right as soon as we’re aware. Laundry Pop will exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing garments. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small hole in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In laundering we cannot guarantee absolutely against color loss, color bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics. Although, we try as hard as possible to track such items, we are not responsible for loose items in pockets or bundles of garments (i.e. jewelry, watches, cash). We request that customers empty pockets prior to putting laundry out for pickup as we can not be held responsible for damage to your garments from items left in pockets (lipstick, gum, pens, etc.). In the very rare case of a damaged item, we will work with you to determine if it can be repaired or restored to good condition. If an item cannot be repaired, or for any missing items, Laundry Pop’s liability shall not exceed $50 per garment regardless of brand or condition. Total loss liability per order shall not exceed $250. Payment for services is non-transferable and non-refundable. Services expire two years from the date of purchase. Laundry Pop strives to provide reliable, convenient services to our customers and are willing to leave orders as the customer has dictated. However, Laundry Pop is not responsible for any items if the order was not personally received and personally delivered to and from a Laundry Pop employee. Laundry Pop is not responsible for missing items from orders that are picked up or dropped off in an unsecured or unattended location. We are not responsible for articles not claimed. Unclaimed garments will be handled in accordance with state regulations.
Missed Pick-up Fee
The customer is responsible for ensuring laundry bags are ready/visible for collection. A fifteen dollar ($15) fee is assessed in the event that a pickup is missed by the customer. Laundry Pop drivers will wait for a period of five (5) minutes before proceeding to the next pick-up destination.
